How do u get to be a big boy. My dude is just this skinny 'ole white boy...I need him to be big and intimidating, and capable of swinging a heavy weapon almost as easily as a light one. Is that possible?

not sure about toughness, but also make sure to eat regularly, even when you don't have to.
