I finally saved up enough money to buy a store. It cost me more than $30,000! I was very excited to collect my rent......it only pays $62! What's up with that! My houses pay between $150 and $550! Does anyone else have this problem? What's the point of buying a store?

Just so you know it's the general store in Oakvale.

i own the whole town of oakvale. took a little hacking and running, but it worked.

Question, how do you collect rent? I click on the sale/sell sign and it never gives me rent options for price or collecting rent. What am I doing wrong?

There should be bags of $$$ on the doorstep every day. 3 Maximum, so if you wait too long, it wont keep piling up.

yea, I rented out my fully furnished (can you say PIMP) Oakvale house, put my Jack mask and Champion Seal trophies up and I get 4010 full rent...

Yeah stores are crappy to own. I think you may get an owner's discount. Not sure though.

You'd think the prices would go down (to free) if you turn the place into a ghost town. Who exactly are you buying the house from, anyway? A corpse? The next of kin?
