I dont get something. Why didn't they just make a new version or download CD for halo 1 so you can play it on xbox live,but noo they make us wait until Nov.9. It would have been a lot easier to make Halo 1 for Live.

do you know that halo 2 is coming out Nov. 9th? they cant make halo live enabled bc the game was already programed and they didnt have the time to reprogram it to make it live since they were busy working on halo 2. (i think it works that way)

Halo 2>Halo 1

I meant making halo 1 as soon as xbox live came out. So we didnt have to wait this long. AND WHY IS MY XBOX LIVE NOT WORKING TODAY!!!

Because halo 1 was released a whole year before LIVE, they couldn't have done it. Besides why would they waste time on halo 1, when they're working on halo 2. Plus it means so much more money for Bungie.

Just download xbox connect.

It was designed without the means to accomodate XBL.

But there is Halo PC, and there is XBC, that is a free service.
Plus next month is Halo 2. So buddy, you're all set.

Don't call him a noob. It's a valid question.
Why it was designed that way? It could be any reason, but the one fact remains. Halo can't be updated to accomodate Live.

And if it was to happen noone would touch it anyway becouse everyone has there eyes set on Halo 2 witch will be better bigger than Halo 1 on Live could ever possibly be.

If Halo 1 was on Live servers I can guarantee you hunderds would be playing it all the way up until November 8th.

It already is pretty much on XBC. But as soon as Nov 9th shows up well..... anyhow its not going to happen so its pointless.
