Star wars battleground pc link up?

Hi, sorry if this question has been answered before, but does anyone know if its possible to play starwars bg over a direct linkup between pc and xbox?
Been trying for an hour now with no results.
I noticed elsewhere on this site that its possible by entering the xbox ip address, but how do i find this out?

it's not possible, the only 'game' that is linkable is karaoke machine, and it's just to send files and pictures.

however for xbox 2 and pc it should be possible or at least from what I read it is.
