I'm not talking about modded xboxes, I still don't know if this is allowed though. My brother is on the IGN boards and this guy made new weapons. He plans on making his own quests, weapons, suits. I don't know how to get it but my brother does so PM if you want it and I will ask him.

Also If you get it, to get in the guild you must teleport.

It's only illegal if he is selling it. Modifying the game is not illegal at all. Read the manual.
