Dear God, use bigger font please!

I would have to say my next most anticipated Xbox game is either Forza Motorsports or the new and improved Conker game. I never played the N64 version so it will all be new to me!

For Xbox Next im really looking forward to Perfect Dark Zero... if its not vaporware.

GTA: San Andreas whenever its released for Xbox, hopefully its sooner than late 2005 like I've been hearing, but if it ever makes it to Xbox I'll surely buy it.

Doom 3(XBox), Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, Conker:Live and Reloaded, and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

EDIT: I just looked at some of those Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion screens. They look pretty damn nice. And the XBox Doom 3, can't forget that!

No question it's Conker's: LaR. CoD is probably gonna have 16 players max. so I see no point in wasting $50 when I could play online 32 players on PC. The reason I'm looking to Conker's so much is I played the N64 version, beat it, and loved the multiplayer, but the framerate was pretty nasty and after a while became unbearble. With the Xbox though, I have no doubt this won't be a problem.

For Xbox I would have to say after Halo2 my next most anticipated game is MechAssault2: Lone Wolf...I loved the first for the longest time and its gonna be great to get that feeling of being as tall as the skyscrapers again...other than the xbox though I'm really looking forward to that Ninty DS cause I just love their portables for when I go places...plus with the online *crosses fingers* on that thing its gonna be tight.

For Xbox, I have to say Jade Empire is probably the last thing that I am going to buy gamewise for the Xbox.

For Xbox 2, Perfect Dark Zero is going to be the sweetest thing.

Right but there will be a point where you just stop playing Halo 2. Like it just loses it charm. It happened in Halo (for me that was 1 year, 6 months but multiplayer still owns) and it'll happen here. That's how I view this thread at least. The title you'll play after you get bored of Halo 2.

To be honest, I don't think I will purchase any game in Nov. simply because they won't compete with Halo 2 and by the time I'm bored with halo 2 they'll all have dropped $20-$30. But I chose Conker's cuz last I checked it's suppose to come out in Mar. 05' but EBGames had it listed as Dec. No idea what the deal is with that.

Though I might save it for when the craptacular new film comes out. That way I can pretend that it is episode three and I won't be dissapointed.

After Halo 2, never thought about that. I guess Half Life 2. No other game will probably hold up against H2 in terms of quality and shooting goodness. :D

Half-Life2 easy...

Anyone here about Half-Life2 requirement concerning some type of activation type security/registration during installation?! :D

Half-Life 2 Requires Internet Connection
If only just the one time, upon installation.

By David Smith
10/25/2004

In an unusual first for PC games, Half-Life 2 will require some form of Internet access upon installation, Valve Software's Doug Lombardi confirmed today.
"All versions require an Internet connection upon installation" to prove the legitimacy of a player's copy, Lombardi said. "This is for authentication/anti-piracy purposes. Once this has been completed, the owner of either the retail or the Steam version can play Half-Life 2 single player in offline mode."

Any kind of Internet connection will serve the purpose, however, down to the lowliest analog modem, so long as it can make a TCP connection to Valve's servers.

Software developers have offered online registration features since the days of 14,400-baud modems, of course, but requiring online authentication is a step none have taken until now. With PC game piracy growing ever more prevalent, however, it should probably come as no surprise that someone would eventually take the plunge, particularly in the case of a game as widely anticipated as Half-Life 2.

Those few prospective Half-Life 2 players without recourse to any form of Internet access will apparently be up the proverbial creek. However, they'll also be unable to hop online and complain, so we expect most web forums to remain generally silent regarding the matter.

Half-Life 2 is due to ship on November 16. Expect a full report on the finished game next month.
