Help in Espn Nfl 2k5

Hey i'm in week 10(i havnt been playing much lol) and like my offense is 77 and defense 63 overall 74 i wanna know when its time to prepare for the game what task should i set so my defense and offense could improve?

I know i try to improve my defense and they go down to 61 i have the worst defense in the league it really pisses me off though because i prepare them every game and the defense goes down.

heh..good news is that the effects only last for that week only. i tried trainning a couple of times but when i was able to get people to improve some of thier other stats went down. =/

im having the same damn problem...i train them they get worse :confused:
