This commercial kills the old one... I almost jizzed myself. There may be a spoiler in it though.

The spoiler I speak of is when an Elite is talking (I think) and says "I will continue my campaign against the humans." I guess we do get to play as an Elite!

Man those Hunters do look meaner. Their movements are much more intimidating.

There aren't spoilers in the video because it is a commercial released by Bungie. If it spoils the game they wouldn't show it to us. All we can do is speculate.

I love the commercial by the way. :D

True... if I hadnt heard all the "playing as an Elite in SP" speculation I wouldnt have thought twice about that line.

Still, I think the image of the Halo going off is a big spoiler, if it is in fact being set off. It could be being destroyed but the image looked so similar to the destruction of the first Halo that I doubt Bungie would do something so repetative.

I really doubt you will be able to play as an elite, this is the story of saving earth from the covenant, the covenant are the enemy, the nemesis.... I hope bungie wouldnt detract from the main story by being someone other than master chief. Besides, when the elite is saying "i will continue my campaign against the humans," that just means he will continue to fight them along with the rest of the covenant....
as for there being a second halo, that may very well be true...

At the end, it says "There are those who say that this day would never come"...it almost sounds like it's Frankie's voice :rofl: But, obviously under some synthesizer (sp?)

Its 100% true that there is a second Halo. In Halo: CE, Guilty Spark says that the particular installation you're own has a maximum radius of so many hundred light years. Hinting at the exsitance of multiple Halo installations. Also if you have read the books you would have a better idea of Halo's involvement into Halo 2.

it has to be a part of the intro. just showing you where halo 1 left off than moves on to the halo 2 story.

Ok, was I the only person who thinks they saw a new species. What is that thing about 2/3 of the way through he's swinging something at someone else. WTF is that?

This commercial brought a tear to my eye.

It's hard to believe that after three years of waiting that I will be playing it in a week.

Don't read the spoiler if you don't want to be spoiled. Otherwise, read at your own risk.

The ring you see blowing up is the one from the first game. It's in the intro of Halo 2 where an Elite is recounting the events to a prophet.

Did you notice that the elite is not in it's armor? Looks kind of strange. I'm still not sure what the other creature is. I used to think it was a brute but after closer examination I don't know WTF it is....

THat commercial is absolutely killer, but the best part is still when MC turns and says "I need a weapon." It's just so bad ass the way he says it.

uhh the guy that says the line that he will continue the campaign is the covenant PROPHET, well a reallly high one cause one u read in the books is a junior one

and yes there are different HAlos, look at guilty sparks name
343 guilty spark (he's obviously one of 343 models of him)
and he even says it, " Once the other stations follow suit.....................(i cant remember the rest correctly)"
