I have a launch day Thompson and it works perfect, so I won't be included :P

Not like it'll do anything anyways.

suing for what?? the 300 dollars? Thats all they are gonna get.. My thompson drive sometimes trips when i start it up. But there is a simple remedy to that... Just goto wal-mart buy a new one, then swap them, and get your money back. Like my espn b-ball game game takes a couple of tries to get it runnin, but thats the only game that gives me fits, if halo 2 is like that, then my xbox will go back.

They admited that some of the drives from launch xboxs were faulty and fixed them for free, I can say that from personal experience. If they didn't fix mine for free I wouldn't have a xbox, so your not gonna here any agruing about MS from me.

Also was told to pay $150 dollars. Instead traded it to EB as used and paid the $80 to get a new one.
