I never thought I'd see this problem.. but I have over 40 people on my friends list.
It's cool, but it's crazy because I can only play one game at a time and all these people are inviting me all over the place.. whew! It's crazy and it's all Halo 2's fault.

So, if I'm on your friends list and I don't respond in due time.. take no offense.

Mine is full - has been about 30 times so far, so i take off those that I don't see on all the time.

I also have a full list. I hate deleting people, but when I do I only get rid of people who never get on.

Wish I had that problem :( Don't anyone else add me OK? I won't know what to do if my list goes over 20

Eh, it was bound to happen. Mine is pretty much always full. I try and remove a few people a week, but usually end up adding just as many as I dropped.

At least there's always someone to play with.

I got a good many, but no where near full though.

I guess I need to remove Casper, he doesn't want to be my friend anymore.

well, that would explain the non-response on my friend invite...

how many people will the friend's list hold? i have a lot, but haven't had anything say i can't add anyone. i suppose if that happens, i'll have do like chaotic and restrict the list.

100 people is the max, though I figured being that it's 2 years old now, the amount would have been raised already - guess not.

Man, I'm starting to get friend requests from people I've never even heard of.
Some are from people I've played with on Halo 2, but I just got a few I can't figure out who they are.
Icecreamman? Who's that? I just want my list to be people from here and from work.

You're on there, with 62 other people. I was updating some clan stuff and I got 4 requests from people I don't know.
Oh well, more people to play Halo 2 with.

I try to clean my friends list off weekly. I just dont like having to scroll down so far to send invites to people who appear offline. Also half the people are rarely ever on.. So I guess I used to have this problem but now no I dont have this problem.

I think we should all email Microsoft and complain about this. I mean the limit needs to be raised.

I'd say that since I got Halo 2, I've deleted about 50 people from my list, mostly players from the days of Unreal Championship and Ghost Recon. Now its like if they have no Halo 2, they get deleted lol. I've only kept a few people on from the old days of XBL. Now my list is full all the time, with XBA people and others I know from school and around my area. I don't accept hardly any requests anymore from non-XBAers unless I actually enjoyed playing with them in a game.

This sucks because with GR2 I'm going to have to add some GR2 people and get rid of even more other people.

I also get a lot of clan requests. I appreciate it though thanks to all.

I've actually been getting 'spam' invites - people invite me, never have playing them before, and then I message them asking who it is - no response. So they get removed pretty quickly, but I've had kids invite me like 5 times for a request. Finally, I add them, play them in a game, ask them who they are and why they keep requesting me on their list and get no answer. Then I just block all further requests. But I swear, I got 20+ invites last week, only knowing 2 of them.

That's cause you kick ass and they know good when they see it.

I'll tell you what though. I have 65 people on my list right now. I started doing the big team battles and I did a few times to get up a few levels and the friend invites start swarming in from the people you play with. I dont really know them.. I might say something and they'll invite me.
I did notice something. Do something cool, carry the bomb in and arm it twice, or smash and grab the flag for the point, or even be the top point maker in kills at the end of the game and people send me invites out the ass. I rejected 4 clan invites the other night alone.
Not saying I'm hot ****, but when I'm having fun, I do good.
Pretty much standard policy now that I won't add you unless you're from here and I know it.

I just got 5 requests last night. I went on a tear and everybody wanted me on their list. I accept them though it doesn't matter to me.

Anyone up for email M$ requesting additional space. They could at least make it 200. I mean, I mean, all but like 6 of my 90+ friends on the list play Halo 2. How am I supposed to build my list with other gamers (like GR2 fans)?

I want at least 200 friends, because I feel bad denying requests from people I have enjoyed playing with.

I have to somewhat know the person before I add them to my lists. I just can't have people on their just for the idea of them taking up space. Not a big deal with since I just started playing again after being pff XBL for over 1 year.
