pretty much the more you play and the better you play raises your rank
thats the paraphrasing of it, i personally think its pretty sweet and it usually works pretty well

I personally dont like the system, the more you play the higher you are pretty much, some noob could be in the top 50 if he plays the game 24/7

no, at some point, he will level off, and not get any higher.. that is why you see so many 14's on team skirmish.. if you start losing, you lose a level. it will work well in about 2 months, when people have been playing. if you are better, you WILL have a higher rank in a couple of months, unless you rarely play

i also read somewhere that most pepole will be around a lvl 10, but i dont really believe that
