max payne help

in max payne chapter 3 lvl 3 when you go throught the cleany thingy the 2nd time it says building will self destruct in 30 29 28 27....so on and so on well it will always blow up everytime i go through it and i cant get out anyway else that i know of can someone help?:confused:

You need to shoot the red laser beam out through the window, this will blow off the door on the other side.
