From my understanding of mathematics, yes, this would make a total of 4 people.
It would be awesome to have more than that, but at this rate it seems like we'll be lucky if we have more than 2 people show any interest.

hmm, i guess just pick whatever team you want. if we play with performance EQ on then things should be fair enough. otherwise, if EQ is off, then maybe we should not be allowed to pick from the best teams (vikings, patriots, etc..)

i can't actually create an official tournament if we're going to be doing it this way.

cuz wouldn't it just force us to play people in our own division? therefore you'd just be playing the same person over and over.. kinda boring, no?

i was just thinking we'd agree on the settings and then play the games on our own.. without any official thing setup. otherwise, a 4 man tournament would be over within 1 or 2 games depending on whether you win your first game or not.
