My cousins friend has Xbox Live, and I play with him alot. He is this scrawny little nerd with glasses, probably like 5'7" tall, tops out around 120 lbs sopping wet, and he is the biggest trash talker I've ever seen. That basically says it all about XBL trash talkers.

Haha, we beat a team today earlier in team ball on Colossus, actually, we dominated them, like 3 minutes to 40 seconds or so, but anyways, when we finished up they said that we were cheatinbg because we were guarding the ball carrier with 2 guys and had him going up and down the gravityy lift. They started doing it first, lasted about 10 seconds and then we did it and completely destroyed them. They were saying we were cheating n00bs, which is funny, because looking at the score, we raped them using their own technique (a sucky one at that). We also outkilled them 35-19.

There was an interesting article in XBN a few months ago with a psychological anlaysis of the "trash talking" that goes on via Live. I am not speaking of the occasional ... you got owned but the people that constantly use vulgarity and offensive language along with racial slurs, etc. It has to do with the anonymity associated with Live and the fact that it gives you the opportunity to do things that you really can't do in your eveyrday life. All these people are repressed, often depressed, and in all likelihood have small wangs which accounts for their "BIG" talk. They feel they must try to demand respect on Live because they get none in real life ... kind of sad. So just remember that these big mouths are most likely attention starved repressed social deviants ... just ignore them and they will most likely go somewhere else.

Dude, I've been a member for awile now (but don't have time to post much) and have always respected your comments, but...."a scrawney white boy"? :huh: I'm sure you weren't being offensive...

Back to the topic...I LMAO when I hear the trash talk. I don't like the racial crap, but it's funny after I get killed and I hear the other team talking smack and jumping all over my dead Spartan! I do back to them and usually we all laugh in post game stats.
