I NEED HELP! in marrowind game of the year edition

ok, so if anybody has played this game for even a little bit you will know dagoth ur is the so-called evil lord of the game, because i stole alot in the game and killed alot of inocent ppl, ive been called by Dagoth Ur, so i went to red mountin and went right ot the middle where u see 'Dagoth Ur' on the poster/map that is behind the instruction booklet, but when i arrived to speak with him he said that i was unprepared and that i needed to be the holder of kelmorac's tools,, (not sure if its exactly kelmorac but very similiar name). so by anychance at all does anybody know where i can find these tools or w/e they are,, or what i would have to do to get them. it would really be a big help

you need to do the main quests that will eventaully lead you to the tools which are weapons and then lead you to the final boss, Dagoth Ur

so is that the only way that i can get them all? because i was having dreams about him calling me to red mountan,, then some guy came up to me in balmora and started talking to me,, i didnt even say anythign to him,, he called himself a 'sleeper' and said that dagoth ur had called me to red mountan, also another guy in ald ruhn said that dagoth ur was offering my power in return for me commiting my life to him,, so do u know if there is a way of doing that and changing the main quest into an evil quest perhaps??

not that I know of, those sleepers, they are everywhere, when you first start the quest they talk to you, I suggest going to gamefaqs.com and looking at their morrowind faqs
