ok.... every other game i get stand-byed, then they talk ****... like otrher team, the stand byer gets like 40 kills and is jumpin around with snipe, rock, you name it, and then the other guys on his team get like 1 or 2 kills, and we lag and get like 1 or 2 kills cuz we cant move...

or we just get a total blue screen, and they get like 20 kills and then we come back, and we're losing

got glitched 3 times, lost all three, then lost 2-2 to a higher ranked team... fell back a level... damn glitchers.

but anyways, bungie doesnt seem to be doing much

Happened to me once, in a big team battle game. Dark, skoot, and bret are staring at our flag, all of the sudden "Flag Taken" . We all run around the inside and out of the base, through the tunnels, by the teleporters, nothin. Sucked ass.

that's not a standbye, that's entirely diff. me and my friend discovered it by accident, it involves a warthog is all i'll say.

And no, it wasn't standing on the warthog near the banshee spawn and jumping up and grabbing it...unless you're talking about something else

Lucky, atleast they dont pull off the one move warthog trick on you to get your flag. Regardless if you kill them or not its game over.

no, it's something different. found it out about 3 days ago. it's crazy, whoever started the game can only drive the warthog, they can't do the glitch.

it involves an invisible body and a LOT of button mashing.

yes creating a dummy of your self,. which is invisble to others.. and then the driver runs to the base, you being invisible can only move one step before returning to ur orignal spot.. so u grab the flag and move 2 spaces, your back at your base with thier flag :)

yep seen it used in BTB..

in Coagulation.. take a hog behind your base park it against the rock... then there is some trickery.. flag appears behind your base.
on coag, just get the dummy inside the bottom of the enemies base, park next to the lift let him float up then push him on the flag. it's super easy and needs to be fixed.

you can do it on zanziber if the gate gets opened.

damn thats ****ty.... never happened to me before but the other night my bro was in a head to head... got the screen then the guy he was against always spawned with a sword and was running twice as fast and jumping twice as high as normal... it was messed... he was a little pist to say the least

Well a way to be sure the stand by glitch isnt used against you is for you to make sure you are the host which SOS im sure you know how to do that.
EDIT: Being the host doesnt help :(

anyway, i just experience a stand by glitch in rumble pit. I was at 23, ready to win when some guy had 22...went into stand by and when i came back, the round was over. ghey

there are cheaters, in some games, i sugjest not joining a game with the discruption (Hacks and Cheats!!!) becasue then, chances are you will be in a room with cheaters, but in some games i have found they go to the top of the leval, this is funny when yo are the sniper though, becasue 42 kills will look good in you overall standings!!! :hump:
