Cheesy start to campaign mode

I don't know about the rest of you, but I started to play campaign mode on this last night and a few things looked pretty weak in the 'inspirational' dept. for those that made this game.

- The chick looks AND sounds like Cortana.

- The mech warrior puts goggles on that make him look like Sam Fischer.

- You can now 'hijack' a mech - eh, same like H2.

- When he first gets into the Mech, it reminds me of the last Matrix, where they all go out into battle.

It just doesn't seem that original at all, but that's just campaign. I'm gonna play this a bit before/if I get a chance to get online, since I only rented it.

But eh, I'm not sure if this is gonna get bought yet.

i'm not too concerned, though. a blue car will keep me entertained for hours. when do you think you'll be online with MA2?

Dude, story is 'un pelota de queso', fosho. But the gameplay wrecks the first, and the GFX are pretty dope. Campaign is no walk through the park, either. I'm loving the sequel waaaay more than the first. I played the first for a total of about 5 hours (online and off combined). I'm gonna hop back on today sometime and try and get a better idea of what the hell I'm doing (the manual is not a big help).

As far as ripping stuff from other games, who cares. At least they're not ripping off Barbie Horse Adventures or Enter the Matrix (ie: shwag-ass games).

Back on topic, anybody think that the chick w/ the tattooes in Lone Wolf looks a bit like Angelina? :p That, at least, is NOT cheesy.
