Halo 2 has died...........

I waited forever, i had this game reserved longer then i held a serious relationship, I talked and snuck my way into the E3 showing of it, salvated everything that it was going and supposed to be. Now two months later, i dont even touch the damn thing. My clan is no more, everytime i go on nobody seems to be playing, cheating is everywhere, and it seems like the game is missing that pizazz halo 1 had. Maybe its just like the Golden Eye Perfect Dark effect. The originals just couldnt be out done, and with so much hype their wasnt even a bar because nothing could satisfy what everyone had created in their mind. I am hoping that taking a break from this game will bring back my love for it becasue i pictured myself and all of XBA being on it all through summer. It seems that Rainbow six 3 lasted longer then this game XBL wise....

Plenty of people still play it, but most of us (myself and my FL) not as much.

There's not a big drive to get clan matches or even BTB in. Almost all of my time is in team slayer or something. None of those "mysterious" disconnects, etc.

Don't know when you're on Doc, but I've played w/ a Destro and/or Casper a few times in the morning lately, and we usually get at least a few others on while we're there.

if they fixed the matchmaking i'd play it a lot more...im level 10 or something in 1 thing..playing other level 10s in 9s..when in reality im a 13 overall and the people im playing are 20s.

Doc - returning to it in like, weeks, months, anything, will not return the love. It just isn't halo. They'll never patch standby, and it will never be fun.

Ok A) Shut the fuk up i am not *****ing and moaning and saying it sucks. I am just saying for some reason i just lost the love for the game outta now where and i dont really get why. B) Overall PD is better then Goldeneye weapon, graphic, multiplayer, and single player wise but i had more fun with Goldeneye becasue it was the first of its kind.

I just think the same as the first person, i shouted to everyone this game was THE GAME, and now it seems it just disappointed the REAL fans. I just want to play other games on live but then i encounter myself alone in other games such as Black Arrow or Pandora Tomorrow. I used to play them with people who spoke my language, now i have to play with foreigners and people with language i don´t understand, so now my headset seems useless and just bought a new one cuz i didnt now they broke up in 1 year.

RS3 last longer on live and it is the true XBOX LIVE GAME, I hope everyone stop playing Halo 2 the day Rainbow Six 4 comes out. PEACE.

Ghost Recon has the best Live memories for me. I liked playing against the DDC because those guys were scary good and Ghost Recon is such a tense game. I miss those days...

Man I got Rainbow 6 3: Black arrow after my Xbox was stolen but when I got it, it was about a week before Halo 2 was released so I haven't played it much. After Halo 2 dies completely I'm going to play it a bit.

Personally, I enjoy playing Halo 2...it's very intense...I just hope Bungie provides more options for matchmaking games...like 3 v 3 or 2 v 2 gametypes, etc...

But, I must say...it seems that 9 out of 10 people who complain about Halo 2 simply blow ass at the game. Maybe not all of the time, but, they can't win on a consistent basis like they may have with Halo 1. (p.s. I'm not referring to anyone specifically, just speaking generally).

I suck at halo 2 and i sucked at halo 1, but i sure liked halo 1 alot more. My not liking the game has nothing to do with sucking at it. I just dont like it, and I will not be preordering the 3rd halo game. I'll pick it up when i have time after its out.
