Wireless Connection... Help Needed

I have a wireless router. I have a wireless laptop. I want to run the wireless internet to the laptop and then use a cable(from the laptops LAN port) to the Xbox. Will it work?

This setup will be temperary for a party tomorow. Can you guys help me? :confused:

I think it might work. I'm pretty share it will. I'm just not sure how.
I know it will involve ICS. Internet Connection Sharing.
The Xbox is using the laptop as a gateway device.

This is for XBC? I don't think it will, i had the same problem, i wanted to beable to use a laptop and not have to get up. I think there is a certain build for that, check the forums at xbconnect.com.
