Does anyone know how to get the destroyed vehicle medal? The medal is listed in the "official guide", but I can't seem to figure out how to obtain it. Of course, I've destroyed several vehicles, but no dice. Anyone know? Thanks.

You don't get medals for destroying vehicles. You do, however, receive medals for boarding a vehicle or giving someone a hardcore case of tire burn.

HAHA destroyed vehicle medal,,, alright what would be the point of even having that medal, there would be so many medals awarded to it,,, just like my friend saying he's gotten a "kilinmanjara" some crap like that when u get 8 kills within 4 secs each,.,..

sorry mate, no metal for destroying vehicles, its an easy task so why get a metal for it??

Ya 1 rocket pretty decimates any of the Light Vehicles and about 4 rockets for the Heavy Vehicles.

spectre is pretty much same as warthog...one blows it up and sometimes the gunner survives

It might be two. I remember taking a direct hit from a rocket on Zanzibar and not exploding. But meh, I don't really know so I'll run some tests with it. It'll give me something to do. :D

The killmanjaro is a real medal, 7 in a row. The vehicle destroy medal is in the Halo 2 guide......:confused:

7 in 4 seconds must be damn hard..

i got 5 with pure luck.. just 5 consecutive headshots with the covy sniper.. 5 shots 5 kills.. they were all standing in the sword alley on headlong

I believe it is 7 kills w/ 4 seconds tops in between each kill. So, 28 seconds could be used....I think.
