Good video, but, to be blunt, I didn't see anything that I haven't seen before. Sure, they are very solid Halo 2 players, but, with a good team having your back, most decent gamers can look that good.

Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of lousy ass players on-line, but, if you have a team with good chemistry, almost anyone can play that good. They were playing as good as a 15 - 25 level players.

Heh, same route I do on that map almost. I agree with Max, great players, but a solid team that covers each others back can do amazing as well.

I think the point here is more for people to see how good teams play together. I mean, you almost never saw someone going Rambo in that vid. It's also a good gametype for people to start playing (maybe Bungie couldinsert it into the TS rotation?). Let's keep it bumped as a "good example".

I agree with you on the "newer clan" bit, he just wants to gather up all his good friends, put together a makeshift clan, and end up losing anyway. Being that I don't play any MLG, I don't hate matchmaking at all, its only annoying when it takes 15 minutes to get a single game.

Also, a 20 in slayer is pretty impressive with all the cheating going on. It did take him quite a few games to achieve his 20 though.

now im gonna go off on the thread (not just echoes).

StK crushes solid teams. Its small things that you don't see from 1 persons screen that make them better than the rest.

Its the planning, the knowing If A has the ball, B is there, C is there, and D is here.

It's the knowing what the other team is planning, and stopping them from doing it.

And lastly, its the little things of trust, communication, and things like nading the oddball from the middle of lockout, so that zyos cant grab it from underneath, allowing you time to get map control, to stage your 2 minute comeback.

If you had your best 4 man team, StK would still crush you with ease. You say that it doesnt seem like their gods, but then you see them win tourny after tourny. You couldn't beat them simply because the other pros cant beat them. <They can beat them in a series, but not in a tourny, where StK has more cracks at them. Maybe in the future they will be overthrown, but 3 in a row + agp, impressive.

You may not have seen anything "super man" in those 2 games, but trust me, they do pull them off. Not only that, but they are facing the best of the best, and when you do that, everything is a lot harder. doing simple things becomes 10 times harder.

i doubt they are undefeated 2v2 at halo2, because frankly, it isnt as much of a game of skill, but more luck of spawns at beginning.

1) Im sorry i got hot headed, i came in here not looking for a fight. Im just mad cause warrior left my clan, and i known him in rl for about 4 years now, just cause im not on for about a week or so. my clan crashed because one guy decided to join a new clan, and the others followed.

2) im not looking for better players, i just want my old clan back.

3) I have so many games on my record cause before this account, i never reached level 14 or higher. Everything was new to me. + warrior convinced me to play a couple mm and i lost my rank like 5 times (lol)

Teamwork is everything. Anyone who's ever played in a serious clan knows this. It's not about being an all-star player it's about doing your job well and filling in your piece of the equation. Take a look at the New York Rangers for how many years now? Monster salary, the best players in the league on their roster. By all accounts they should have won the Cup a half dozen times in the last 10 years. But they usually don't even make the playoffs. No teamwork. A team of average players who work together well will own the ass of individual "l337" players any day. Now factor in that the OGREs are damn fine players to boot and you have a lethal combo.
