I want to buy a small tv for the Xbox, plasma or LCD, small I mean :twenty to twenty five inc.

Can you recommend on something good ?

Pay a little extra and get a decent brand. Don't go for the cheapies and you should be okay. Do your research on the net. From what I've read, plasma tv's aren't too good for gaming because of image burn and the response time. So to my knowledge, LCD is the way to go. I don't too much about it, so I suggest you do some looking around at sites such as cnet.com and just play it smart.
