Since the new Xbox system is called Xbox 360, I came up with the idea to give the original Xbox a stupid name: Xbox 180

Meh, I've been hearing the name 360 so long that I'm just used to it. Does it suck? Maybe. Do I care? Nah.

I thought it was rather funny.

Definitely more clever than Xbox 180.

Its like Play Station... wierd name, but you get used to it. 360 is just easy to type too, so thats kind of nice.

Actually, Play Station has a bit of a mastubitory connotation. Reminds me of the guy that keeps hand lotion and dirty mags at his work station, lol.

Yet it has grown on me and is kind of cool now.

Yeah but if thats true wouldn't you call the ps2 a ps1.5 because thats "half" of ps3? Just like xbox is "half" of xbox360 You fools don't really think that stuff out do you? :p oh yeah, welcome to xba.

this thread is going nowhere. Rotsty, welcome to the site. we're glad you're here, but you could have been a bit more positive in your first post to make a better impression. If you want, you can make another thread that explains in detail why you don't like the Xbox 360's name, but a one-sentence post like this looks more like flamebait than a constructive post.
