Need Help

I really need help. I am new to xb connnect ans i am having trouble with Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. I can't get to the xb connect games I also use this with Halo 2 and I know go to System Link and I do that with SCCT and it does not work.

Is it that no games aer showing up on the list? Mabye its because no one is playnig SCCT on XBC when you are.
