Okay guys, here's the deal. We have a DVD of The 4400's first season that we'd love to give away...but we have to make it challenging :p I will be going back in time through our site's previous posts and adding in bolded-out words for the next four days. Each day, i'll give a clue as to where you can find the word of the day. These words will form a short sentence. The first person to post, in this thread, the complete sentence will be the winner of the DVD and a "the 4400 hat, and T-Shirt .

Clue #1
This was a very hot issue last year...and still is now, to a lesser extent. The main areas of debate were in Massachusetts and California. The bolded-out word is in one of MY posts.
Clue #2

The bolded-out word is in one of MY posts.
Clue #3
"No one would have believed in the last years of the nineteenth
century that this world was being watched keenly and closely by
intelligences greater than man's and yet as mortal as his own; that as
men busied themselves about their various concerns they were
scrutinised and studied, perhaps almost as narrowly as a man with a
microscope might scrutinise the transient creatures that swarm and
multiply in a drop of water. With infinite complacency men went to
and fro over this globe about their little affairs, serene in their
assurance of their empire over matter."
The bolded-out word is in one of MY posts.
Remember, the only person who gets any credit is the one who has the COMPLETE 4-WORD sentence posted in this thread first. You get nothing (besides some brownie-points from me, I guess) if you only have one or two words. You may not post until the final clue is posted and links must be provided to all 4 posts where the clues reside.
