I'm playing the actual game. The demo is so three weeks ago. I assume you are talking about the PC version, cause the Xbox version is Battlefield: Modern Combat.

The Battlefield: Modern Combat demo is awesome. Just got it yesterday and I have to say I am impressed!!!

Sucks that it crashes or only allows one game to be played, though. I guess that's the price you pay for getting it early.

Anyways, i was going to buy it, but i had no one to play with. I was going to buy two copies, one for me and one for maul, but i had like 18 bux and maul wouldnt put in the extra 2 bux two get two demos. Cheap bastage.

IS it really worth the ten bux im going to fish out for the magazine on stands?

Some people should posts modern combat stories and reviews of this demo...i wanna know.

I'd be playing it but sadly, this is the first time where an OXM disc would not work for me, so I had to order another :cry:

Oh and BTW on the Pirates demo, you don't need 2 players to play. Just keep pressing start at the player select screen.

Is it me, or does this demo crash a LOT?

I have been playing this demo a lot, and I love it.

For those of you who haven't, you should go get it. Here's a quick overview for those of you who still want it.

The demo consists of one map and one game type. The map is an awesome urban map with a city in the middle and plains on either side. The game type is like Halo 2's territories. There are two teams, American and Arabish nation, and you try to hold the most flags. Each team has a certain amount of "tickets" and they god down in proportion with how many flags you have.

What makes the game fun is each time you respawn, you can choose which flag to respawn at and which class to respawn as. The 5 are Assault, Sniper, Engineer, Special Ops, and Support. And what makes it more fun is the variety of vehicles there are. There are 2 types of tanks, helicopters, humvees, cars and trucks even.

I love this game, and if it's backwards compatible with XBox 360, I'll get it in a heart beat. If not, I'll still get it.
