Questions regarding True Fantasy Live Online and another Xbox MMO

I'm having trouble finding anything on TFLO. I remember hearing, though it got cancelled, it could be in the works for 360? don't know if that was a rumor or not.

Also, there was an MMO in development for Xbox I saw in an OXM a couple years back I think, it was an MMO where you were in a futuristic prison and you and your fellow gamers had to break out, or somethin to that effect. Anyone know the title of it and if it's still in progress?

Always considered it, but with Oblivion so close, I don't even know if I should bother. I mean from what I hear even after like 100 hours of gameplay you barely scratch the surface of the original game alone not including the expansion packs.

If you can find it as cheap as 20 dollars, its well worth it.
