Although unconfirmed by Microsoft, I can safely say no. No you cannot network your Xbox 1 as additional storage.

you can't even network two xbox 1's ... just from that there would be no way it could network with anything for storage.

true but something i was also thinking of.
microsoft are always full of suprises, so anything could be possible.

so one would assume that you could simply use a data stick to Download stuff from a ciosk? even though the HD is removeable, i doubt i'd be carting it around with me that freely ;-)

Theoretically it could be done, but it would be harder to do than it would be to swap out the xbox 360's drive with a much larger one.
