I'm quite impressed with it. Graphics are nice, Dynasty Mode seems really good, and Gameplay is huge step in the right direction this year. There is alot more skill involved to win, my first game in Dynasty, and ever in '06, I lost 7-2 on the medium setting. So it requires a lil more finesse than previous installments to win. At least for me anyway.

I'm playing a dynasty (2nd year) right now on difficult. Completed the first season on Medium.
Everything about the game is awesome. The player control and strategy is very realistic. The ice wears down as the period goes on and play slows slightly as it does in RL. The goalies can be beaten but they make some enormous saves sometimes, lol. Also, the new puck handling and skill stick system are easy as pie.
Create a player is reminiscent of Tiger Woods golf. Had to make Crosby and it worked to perfection
Some drawbacks (all very minor, nitpicking really):
-For some reason in dynasty, I was scolded for winning the stanley cup and 98% of the end of the year awards instead of getting the #1 overall draft pick.
-Had to do some roster editing as the free agents, etc. weren't on the right teams
-Shot speed is a little exaggerated. Slap shots are in the high 120s, wrists in the high 80s.
I definately reccomend this, the $30 price tag is also hard to pass up.
