It's clear that certain people refuse to act in the best interest of XBA, so to that end, the location has changed.

This week is easy. Take the XboxAddict to your local shopping mall. You must be on location for this.

Print the picture attached in the PDF document and take it with you to the site. You AND The Addict need to be in the picture, although we do not need you to show your face in the picture if you do not desire. Pictures will be judged on creativity with 3 Points going to 1st place, 2 Points going to second place, and 1 Point going to 3rd place.

Make it funny, make it sad, make it happy, make it mad; just keep it clean boys and girls, that’s all we ask. Post your picture in a reply to this thread to enter.

Remember, 1 entry per person and submissions will close Wednesday, October 26 at 11:59pm.

It says your local shopping mall.. this just means it doesn't have to be a wal-mart now. You can still go there.

I'm just 100% against Wal-Mart, and I wouldn't want people to be forced to go near one. This way you can go to any mall.

Nah, it aint the contests fault, its just that the entire site let alone this hidden section gets enough people passing through with intrest in free sweet stuff.

Well, there is no info about this contest on the main page, or even in the contest section. The contest section still has info from last years X-mas contest!

I seem to remember you having an opportunity on staff, and you disappeared, so you had your chance to help run things. It's amazing how some people (Whisper) are armchair quarterbacks, and when they have an opportunity to actually do something are just hopeless. Why don't you STFU unless you have something of value to contribute.

I consider what I said to be constructive criticism, and I get told to shut the **** up. I think I see the problem now.

Yes I had my chance on staff, and I wasn't able to do anything because of problems with my personal life at the time, and lets face it, at the time there wasn't much need for all the staff we had then. I would have loved to help the site, and would help the site still.. but when I offer some criticism I get blocked out.

Constructive criticism is more than welcome, but one must lend attention to how their message will be interpreted by the people it's intended for. Sarcasm and biting remarks tend to be less effective (RE: constructive) and more of an affront to the people who are trying their best to make things work.

Trust me, anything that can help the site run better is appreciated, especially when it's contributed by our own members. But when it comes in the form of thinly veiled insults one must understand that the original purpose, however positive, of the message is probably going to be lost.

This sucks, forsome reason my internet will not work at home, so I can't enter there. I'm in school right now. on top of that, podunk ruidoso has no mall or wal-mart. I have to drive 2 hours to get to either.

I think that the reason not too many people are interested because it is a challenge to go to places with work, school, etc... and your location and privlages really matter.

Ok here is my submission. Yes incase you can't tell general potato and me do know each other. I showed him this site like a year ago, he only reads and doesnt post but I showed him the contest, we hooked up and here are our pics :cool:
