I think that all the Splinter cell Series.,
Halo one (defintaly not two.,..)
Ninja gaiden

I would have to go with R63, Halo 1 and 2, and all the Splinter Cells. Those are the only games I would consider going back and playing on my 360.

WHile I certainly loved all the games listed here, my favorites would likely be Jet Set Radio Future, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Morrowind, Kotor 1 and 2, Otogi 1 and 2, and Steel Battalion.

My top choices in order of greatness...

1. Halo 1 - Great Story, great multiplayer, funnest FPS ever.
2. Morrowind - Huge, great story, never got boring once you got the hang of it.
3. Ninja Gaiden - Great story, crazy hard fast and fun gameply.
4. KotOR 1 and 2 - PHENOMINAL story in the first, great gameplay in both.
5. Halo 2 - Not as stong as H1 but still great.
6. Forza Motorsports - Best racing sim ever, Gran Turismo 4 is a little more arcadey
7. Splinter Cell Games - All stealth, no mullets. Great stories.
8. GTA: 3, VC, and SA - Vice City was the best... all huge and immersive.
9. Project Gotham 2 - Fun arcade racer, the kudos system rocks.
10. Fable - Short but good story and just fun to play.

The best game on the Xbox has been....... *drumroll*.......

The Suffering. - fantastic engaging story, enjoyable gameplay, good graphics, haunting sound. IMHO it has the total package that most Xbox games lack.

With honorable mention going to some other games: Splinter Cell (All), Knights of the Old Republic and Jade Empire, Ralisport Challenge 2.

I agree with you BUT you know what? If like someone never play FPS on a computer, they will surely think that Halo is the best since there are no games can beat it with his coop-mode, use vehicles and ferocious AI in that time. Now every game try to follow his footsteps, EVEN PC games.

Now now Maxi. Halo is no where NEAR the best FPS if you own a computer. Battlefield 2, Battlefield Vietnam, Halflife 2, hell the first Halflife is a better shooter than Halo. It may be the best shooter on the Xbox, but unfortenatly it doesn't compare to real shooters on the PC. I don't suck at Halo terribly. We just had a LAN party with Xboxes on Friday and I did just fine thank you.

Hmm Id say halo but its really being over used and abused right now....they were both really great experiences for sure but after awhile they wear thin, especially since I dont have Live anyways some games Ive enjoyed and consider the best on the system would have to be(In no praticular order):

Thief: Deadly Shadows....This was just a really fun game I enjoyed the hell out of it

Prince of persia.....I dont even own it but I rented it and quite enjoyed it, Just a really well made game

Psi ops......Such a wicked game with all the psi powers and such and all the creative things you could do in the game

Burnout 3.....Another game I dont own but Ive logged in abunch of hours with it and has to be one of the most intense experiences(I would giggle with glee when taking someone down)

Jade Empire.....I just got this game and im loving it, very good game indeed just oozes with quality

Morrowind.....Of course im ganna mention this game cause its by far one of the most in depth and free form RPG's around

And hell theres still alot of games I need to play...."The Warriors" looks bad ass and half life 2 is just around the corner :)

You are on it. I agree with you 100% and have beat everyone of them on hard. Burnout: revenge was up there. Another one to mention is Ninja Gaiden. Great game.

Hmmmmm...Halo CE is a classic and LAN parties are still the shiznit..Halo 2 is OK on XBL but there are problems of lag, the crappy sword, and immature aholes ruining the experience.

That's another reason why I liked Ghost Recon. You never had to worry about your stats, games with stats it always felt like you had to prove yourself or something. Maybe that was just me. Rainbow Six 3 was my second favorite though.
