And in that article, they flat-out say its hard to believe its legit. They remain skeptical, so I doubt I'll get worked up over a third retail release of this game for consoles.

Because as far as we're concerned there is no Halo 3.
Frankie, nor Bungie hasn't even acknowledged that there is one... yet.
Yes, they're working on a new project. We don't know what it is because they won't talk about it.
You can speculate or you can just forget about it and whenever the time is right, they'll tell you about it.

No way it's real. Unless it is also coming out on PC, it would say "Only for XBOX 360."

Well, it's not only on Xbox 360. It's on the original Xbox.

I'd imagine if they were to repackage it for the 360 it would be similar to the already announced 60$ Halo triple pack.

If halo 2 does end up coming back out for the 360, Bungie is a bunch of morons for thinking I'm going to waste any more money than I already have on Halo 2.

Think a little bit: If Halo 2 is going on Xbox 360, surely there are poeple will get it. Who and why? The ones that already own a PS2, because they can enjoy for the first time Halo 2 with new console system: the Xbox 360.

Not to mention all the new comers to gaming altogether. I have a feeling that all the mom's and Velocity Girls out there are gonna want to get Halo 2.

all (or most i forget lol) xbox games are gonna be BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE
bungie wouldnt need to make a new halo 2 for 360 coz the original would work just as gd just like the PS1 games on the PS2

i am a new commer see im gonna get the halo triple pack :cheers:
