The clan with the highest score in the final round of their platform bracket gets to choose the platform for the Championship Match. The stakes are huge! SIGN UPS BEGIN NOVEMBER 1st and are first come, first served! This is certain to be the tournament of 2005 for serious Battlefield fans, but space is limited. Sign up early -- and practice often!

Prizing:

* Grand Prize: $250K - One cash purse awarded to the team that wins their platform bracket and the championship.
* First Prize: $50K - One cash purse awarded to the team that wins their platform bracket but loses the championship.
* Second Prize: $10K - One cash purse awarded to each of the two teams that make it to their platform bracket finals but lose.

This seems like it will work a lot better than Advent Rising's contest. And I do have a $15 EA Store card. But, I don't think I will. Nice idea though, EA.

The winners will no doubt be the ones who live closest to the EA servers since the "patch" has caused horrible lag problems for most people. Maybe they can play on the LAN :watchout: Oh... wait... no system link support. Good work EA....... pinheads.

:hail: 1/4 of a Million!!, glad Ea has that kinda cash to just hand out. They should rather put that into making some better games.

Guess how many 360's you could buy with $250,000

What a ridiculous contest idea. Seriously I would have been more happy if they divided the money into 250 amounts of 1,000$ and gave those out randomly to BF2 players or to like the top 250 of random weeks or somethin. Not some dumb 250k lump bulls****

I just picked this game up. I like it alot! I have the game for PC, and the graphics are MUCH better on my PC than the Xbox, but the gameplay is different. I am glad I picked it up!

For anyone who knows about PC-
P4 Prescott 2.4GHz
Nvidia 6800GT
