So, yesterday was wierd. on Lost there was a Xbox 360 commercial. Later on I was browsing forums and found out that this marketing picture was released for the 360.

This pic is everywhere but nobody seems to have any idea what it is for. Have you guys heard anything? Or are there any other pictures out yet?

yeah, exactly. But launch isn't until the 22nd, not the twenty first. *confused*

Nah... the tradition with these things is to end with a complete anti-climax - none of this surprise awesomeness.

Given all the hype relating it to bungie, and the word "hatch"....it most definitely won't be the release of Halo 3. Just won't happen. I suspect it might be an unveiling of Halo 3...but, far far more likely, is that this is the fulfilment of a recent promise made by Bungie that they were soon to make an announcement that they say will be huge, and is not Halo related.

There's my theory.

well lets look at this logically
on the left is a green line and then a 3 made of stars which LOOKS like its in the halo font etc...
then we got a planet which is green - the "colour" of halo with a big ass ****ing egg...
im lost but ima take a guess and say revealing of halo 3 NO WAY is it the release and if it is the game must be CRAP coz they'll have made it within such a short period of time

Oh man, I think it would be great for them to announce Halo 3 att the 360 party, so everyone would say "Halo 3 is real, I'd better get a 360."

But alas, I'll have to wait until E3 :(
