Um..the number of different chains offering them means very little. There's even more chains in the united states, and most are shared between both countries. The Xboxes will be most likely be distributed based on general demographics, and previous Xbox launch results.

However, lower population density areas, often tend to receive more per-capita than major cities. Canada in particular does seem to get more than its share come most technology launches. Counting the chains offering the console doesn't mean much though.

I'm hopefully getting one from Superstore here in Calgary. I just heard about a deal where you get the good version of the 360 and your choice of one of 3 games (Project Gotham, Perfect Dark, and probably Kameo) for 530 bucks.
