hip gear wirless controller help please

it constantly blinks and after i play for 15 minutes it just dies and if i let it sit there turned off for like 20 minutes it will turn back on ofr another 15 minutes

Exactly why I NEVER buy a 3rd party controller, unless it's Logitech. I still play with the Controller S.
