Freezing in King Kong?

I keep having terrible freezing when I play King Kong on my 360 and I'm unable to beat the game because of them. I have taken it back twice and gotten a new copy of the game. None of my other 360 games freeze, except this one. Anyone else have this problem? :huh:

Where is it located? is the power supplu well ventilated? Try making sure the airways are clear for proper ventilation, and make sure that the power brick is also clear, because it is the external power supply and needs air.

I for one don't have a clue :)
