Call of Duty 2 is mysteriously missing from the storefront altogether, indicating that it may be out of stock. That left second-fiddle DOA4 (pictured) to finally take the top spot for the '360. Amped 3, which made an appearance at number 10 last week, is gone now, making way for NASCAR 06: Total Team Control.

It may be that everyone who owns an XBox 2 already has COD2. It had a very high attach rate.

yeah i camped with 4 other guys we all bought cod 2 at launch. when more people get 360's more copies will sell. its the best launch game.

ya, COD2 has apparently sold around 75% as many copies as Xbox 360 has sold systems.

ya i would have to agree with you too on that one. I just loved COD2 for the xbox360. What would be the next game to take it's spot as the best game for xbox360 now. hmmmm

I don't own CoD2 yet...I'm likely going to pick it up soon, though. I beat the demo at Best Buy.....a few times....it's addicting as crack!

I own NFS:MW, DOA4, and PD0 so far. My favorite so far is NFS:MW, hands down. DOA4 in a distant second...and a very distant third is PD0.

CoD2 is definately going to be a welcome addition to my 360 library. I have a $40 gift card for Amazon.com ready for down payment!

YA Maximus Cod2 is a awsome game and if you look up in the COD2 thread you will see a min review of the game from me. I don't think it's the best of reviews but it's a good start.
