I am pretty sure it is March 20th or shortly there after. I havent heard the official release date yet.

And HERE (http://www.gamerandy.com/archives/2006/02/gamerandy_live_6.shtml) is a very intersting podcast with 2 guys that had a couple hours of gameplay with it. Its a long one coming in over 100 minutes but worth the listen if you cant wait for this game.
