all I can say is that I hope there is going to be one. Because I can't see me waiting any longer for this game I need the demo to hold me over.

I was just about to say the same thing. I mean it comes out next Monday so, Meh, I can wait. Im just trying to decide if i should go ahead and throw the extra 10 dollars down to get the Special Edition one or not.

The demo would suck anyways. There whole point of the game is the huge open-ended gameplay which couldn't be captured in a demo.

I doubt it will be much of a problem. Games, unlike consoles, are quite easy to churn out in the millions. It would only take a couple days to pump out a copy of oblivion for every single 360 sold.

If there's ever a shortage of a game, it's when a game is under-hyped and ends up being a hit. Oblivion though, is hardly lacking the hype, so it's doubtful that many stores will order so few as to sell out on the first day.
