OK
here is my problem.
I was on XBOX LIVE 3 days ago and it worked perfectly.
I tried to hook up my cable modem and my Xbox says that it I need to connect a cable
to the Xbox. Ok I did that, thinking it was the old cable I bought a new Ethernet Cable and it still has the same problem. Called Xbox and they said that the Ethernet port on my modem could be damaged.I contacted Comcast they said that if the Ethernet port was damaged then I could not get online with my USB port as well. My modem is through Comcast and it is a Arris Modem.
What do I need to do to get my Xbox Live back again, has anyone had this problem before????
Please I have a very long weekend off and need to get my fix or I can go nuts, what should I do????????
