I am going to be getting a Xbox 360 in the near future! Recommendations?

Hey all! :D I am going to be getting a Xbox 360 in the next 4-6 months(why so long you may ask? So I can save up some $$$$) and I was wondering what games do you all recommend?

I have asked at a couple of other forums and everyone pretty much recommends:

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Call of Duty 2
Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter
Fight Night Round 3
Kameo: Elements of Power
Dead or Alive 4
PGR3

What do you guys think of that list? What would you all add or take away from it?

And of course I will be getting Gears of War when it comes out:hardcore:

Get Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter - kick ass game...love it

Call of Duty 2. Especially if you're going to be online. Oblvion, and PGR.. DO IT. Trust me.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Definitely, unless you own a really high end PC instead.
Call of Duty 2 - Just rent it
Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter - Worth buying if you liked previous GR games.
Fight Night Round 3 - I'd start with just a rental.
Kameo: Elements of Power - Rent only. It's lots of fun, but over quickly.
Dead or Alive 4 - Only if you like fighting games. Worth a rent just to witness bounciness.
PGR3 - If you're into racers, go for it. Graphics are good, but not spectacular.

I'll also add:
Condemned - Definite rent. Lots of fun, but short.
NFS-MW - Very fun, but lack of multiplayer makes it just a great rental in my books.
Perfect Dark Zero - If you like online shooters, pick this one up for sure. If you're more into the single player, just a rental.
