I have the demo and I'd give it a 8/10..... You get to shoot missles and guns at other cars while racing, so it's not just racing.

is there any other modes...like just a battle/shooting track where u don't have to race at all?

I have the Demo for the 360 and I think it rocks. Its so much fun and the graphics are pretty good :)
