I've been drooling over this game for quite some time, it looks like non-stop fun, one of those games where you and your buddies all play it and laugh your asses off.

yeah the demo was overall pretty disappointing...the controls just feel....wierd. It's easy to get used to...but to me, control was the biggeest issue

The demo makes it seem like the game is a rental at best. The game's graphics aren't all that great (played in HD), however, considering there are a lot of zombies on screen at once, I can let it slide. There's tons of weapons and costumes to put on, lots of blood, but some of the combat is messed up, especially when your hitting and enemy on the ground, sometimes you can be right on top of the zombie and it won't do it, but then sometimes your at least 3 ft. away from it trying to fight other zombies and he keeps doing the ground attack. I couldn't find either the hedge trimmer or the chainsaw in the demo, the two weapons I wanted to try the most. It's a neat game at first, but once the laughs are gone and the awe factor from all the blood is gone, it really isn't that much fun. Definitely worth a rental though.

Well you have got to hand it to the creators, I mean, it is worth the rental but it's not like king kong or anything, the graphics are atleast decent, I mean there isn't much things very pixalated in this demo. The load times and the confusing controlls is what ticked me off... It would be cool if they would have it online where you and your buddies could work together fending off the zombies or something, that would make it interesting. But the game is fairly decent, besides the loading time and the controlls it would make a very good rental and very fun way of passing the time...

On the other hand, the many countless things you can do in this game is fun, though it seems repetetive, the really actuall fun thing in this demo was the ability to mow down zombies with the shopping cart on the second level, to me that was a hell of a trip...

here's its first review...... http://www.1up.com/do/reviewPage?cId=3152674&did=1

there are some simple pleasures to be found in this game though....it's amazingly fun to chuck soda cans off the balcony and slice up zombies with the katana

Didn't think it was as impressive as the Saints Row demo, but I'm still getting this one instead of Saints Row because I have an unhealthy obsession with zombies. :hump: Does anyone know if Wal-Mart will have it? I'm a good hours drive away from EB and only about 15 minutes from Wal Mart.
