I'm all over this game. I was a huge fan of Need For Speed: Most Wanted...there's no question that I'll pick up this game... Just for the single player alone justifies a purchase from me...if the multi-player kicks ass, more the better

NFS:Most Wanted was one of my Favorite 360 games so far

I'm with you...I dig the the arcade-like feel to NFS: Most Wanted but also having simulation elements to it. Full arcade like driving is like Burnout (which I also enjoy) but I prefer the mix like NFS has.

Based on the video streams I watched, it appears that the gameplay is going to be dead on to what NFS: Most Wanted had...which is a good thing. I seriously cannot wait...I almost bought the latest Moto GP for the 360 because I have seriously been wanting to play another racing title. This game is really exciting...I can't wait! Hopefully it has a kick ass XBox Live mode...there's so much potential for XBox Live that it's not even funny...

I don't know if I can justify buying this game...
The Need of speed series is kind of a cash grab on EAs part now, almost like the sports titles. Hey heres some "new" cars wooooooo
They need to make these games feel more interactive, with most wanted I didn't even drive between missions because it just wasted time
I'll wait till Forza 2 thanks

I can't wait for this one! The trailers make it look like this NFS is gonna be all about drifting. I just find something so sexy about drifting... Can't wait!! Like Maximus said, the single player alone is gonna be SUHWEET, its like XBL is a bonus prize!

I'm a bit disappointed that theres no Mitsu Lancer in the car list posted :cuss: I'm still waiting for a game to come out with a Lancer Ralliart (the car I drive). I dunno, I've seen slower cars in games, would love to drive my car in a game and be able to sink some virtual $$ in it...

I'm not sure if EA has done this, but, they need to allow about 100 or so people into some sort of "lobby mode" where you can see their tricked out cars and then challenge them for their pink slip - Fast and Furious style. That would be sick!

I absolutely LOVED NFS: Most Wanted and I can't wait for this one. Like I said before, the single player mode justifies this purchase. With EA, love 'em or hate 'em, this is a solid title and a solid series. If there is one thing they do right, it's racers.

Forza? Honestly, I was somewhat disappointed; however, Forza 2 looks extremely promising. I'm all about racers and shooters more than anything else - NFS: Carbon is a "must buy" in my opinion. :)

After playing the demo, I WONT be buying this title. The demo is horrid. The controls seem very non responsive, the graphics are "ok". I was looking forward to this title, but the demo has completely turned me off the next installment of NFS.

Agreed!

Why is everything so dark in the game?

Demos are usually garbage anyway. I own Fight Night 3 and I thought the demo sucked.

It is like no other Need for Speed game I have played, but now that I have played the demo a few times it is growing on me.

I haven't played the demo, but, I will be buying this game anyway. I love this series....EA and all...there is no way that EA could screw up the final version of this game. Again, not even EA....the series is way too good.

It shares the most similarities with the underground series...which I enjoyed much better than most wanted actually.

Bought it! Own it! Love it! I really like how they didn't make it exactly like NFS: Most Wanted...there is a whole new premise. My only disappointment with NFS: Most Wanted was the cut scenes seemed to end after 1/3 of the game and it just continued on...NFS: Carbon; however, has cut scenes throughout and really keeps the story going. I am having a blast with this game!

There was this one race where all of the competition seemed to never end! Specifically, there must have been 30 racers all on one track...freakin' insane!

I've noticed that the entire game is played at night...and now you have buddies that help you take out cars or slingshot you...it's pretty kick ass! The Canyon Races are freakin' insanely cool...and now they have a Drifting section...it's a lot of fun...kind of hard at first, but, not I have the complete hang of it. I've only played for about 3 hours and enjoyed every second :D
