xbox 360 disc drive not ejecting

my xbox 360's drive ejects perfectly when theres a disc in it.

when theres no disc in the 360 i have to hit eject then tap the silver drive while its trying to eject. not a big problem since i ually just leave a disc in it, but i would like to get it fixed so that it doesnt get worse. ill take any ideas

well i dont know what could be causing it but i would just call.

they helped me when my xbox wasnt connecting to xbox live (xbox 1) and they were really nice then
