Tonyhawk Project 8 Personal reveiw

Tony hawks project 8 is in my opinion one the best and most fun ones to be made yet.

the good things are:
great looking visuals.
you can do any trick you want with the nail the trick mode.
the board and your physics are great.

the cons:
On first load up it will stutter alot and may even freeze(on a training level for me, but i was doing crazy stuff so its all good)
the phone thing is kinda annoying if your not expecting it and can make you bail on a big combo.
the frame rates go to hell when loading something for the first time.

THP8 Has my seal of approval for the tony hawk lovers and even the newbies.

sounds awesome, im a massive TH games fan. I heard this one is more realistic, is this the case? Aside from using the "nail the trick" mode obviously...

Yes, the realism really ups the difficulty but its still fun to play.

if you like all the other ones you will love this one.

I loved the first one and kinda looked away at the others but this was very interactive and
lots of stuff to do. I love the Bullet time trick mode.. ITS SICK

me and my friend were playin online and when he beat me (im not the best) he got the "beat a developer" achievement. being as i was not a developer and ive never played online in that game before, we were both confused. after much bragging on his part about how hes so good that the game thought it would give it to him, i beat him and got the achievement myself. the moral of this story is 1) the game's achievement system is a bit screwy, and 2) 50 free gamerscore!

well i loved all the tony hawks and especially the newer ones like wasteland ... so im obv. looking forward to getting my hands on this one :P it sounds to me like it will not disappoint
