Glitches and Bugs

I'm curious if anyone has experience problems like these either in single player or in multiplayer.

In Canals the other night I got stuck in place after trying to chainsaw someone, unable to shoot, reload, move, anything. Just stood there and watched some guy shotgun my face. Guess that just happens sometimes.

What happened to me that was really weird was I think the level was Depot, whichever one has the warehouse. Inside the warehouse I did some kind of barrel roll into a wall in there and ended up going under the Warehouse and getting stuck underground. Couldn't get back to the surface and had to wait like 10 minutes for the round to end.

Anyone else experience any strange shiz?

ive seen the warhouse trick (some people use it to go underground and shoot up at people to kill them,how f'ed up is that!?) but ive never done it.

the other one ive never heard of happening to anyone before...

Thats realy ****ed up.. i hope there no more bugs :( but im affraid there are many more!!

I'm sure Epic will fix most of the bugs with their update/patch or whatever you want to call it. Supposedly, they're releasing one by this year's end.

I saw one where a guy got on top of the crate in one level. Other than that nothing.

Thankfully, xboxb live enabled updates will sort these things.
I haven't seen any major bugs yet, possibly 1 or 2 - like getting a pot stuck on my leg and having it there for about 5 mins...

I am revisiting this thread since we will be hosting a GOW 3v3 tourney this weekend.

Have you guys noticed any other glitches?

There are a couple we know to look for like shooting while on a roadie run and running with the chansaw spinning. I have not seen that one but I hear that sa soon as you make contact with an enemy they explode.

that one is actually legit, just gotta take cover then mantle then cover and mantle again

Actually oddly enough the first one that you mentioned getting stuck in one place after chainsawing someone is pretty common oddly enough... It has something to do with lag I think when the cut scene goes it lags or something then you can't move till you die and play the next round, this has happened to me many times and I gave up gow online because of it. And if your thinking why give up a game because you can't do one thing without it glitching you, well that one thing is all I could really do because games like this I suck at shooting...

ive seen the one where the player drops under the map in the map with the warehouse on it, ive also seen people get out of the map on the map which has the train running through it. I also know how to pull off the under the warehouse glitch but i dont use it duing online play, only as a way to piss my m8s off duing split screen games :D

I know that on rare occasions you are able to tag people with a grenade through a wall. If they are around a corner you can just hit the corner nearest thier shoulder and sometimes youll stick them through the wall!!! Not very widely done because nobody can usually get that close to someobdy else

Alot of em,i kinda hate the online play cause of all the glitches and lag these days....

*theres a glitch that works in many levels,where you can make your charchter run around and shoot will in the duck and running pissition,making them move really fast and all in all a harder target to kill(by far)

* theres 2 of them in fuel depot,you can climb on a crate,and get under the map...

*tyro station,also you can get outside the map...

*instant chainsaw glitches and sliding while picking up weapons so your not vunerable like your SUPOSSED to be...

*Mansion,you can get under the map,do the running glitch blah blah blah..

*And S*** LOADS MORE !!!!!

*then i joind 3 games in a row where people where glitching...i said wtf how do you guys do that,somone said somthing about only the pros or "big dogs" know how to glitch and blah blah,i called him a cheater he got mad and kicked me,i never want to play GOW online EVER AGAIN. THANKS FOR F***ING UP A GOOD GAME EVERYONE! :crying:

so u guys know in gridlock theres a crab walking glitch, and of course the chainsaw glitch..... and i wish they could do something about the host advantage thing but i know theycant anyways yup i hope the update takes care of this cause even though if its done to me i know how ot do it too i dont! i think it cheapens the game and really and honestly isnt that wat is kind of killing halo in the online world the damn 12 year olds and there stupid glitching on people anywho... thats wat i think
