Playonline Registration Problems

This past week on my 360. something was wrong with my game, it would never load up. so I unistalled the whole thing off my system. Now I reinstalled the game, but everytime I try to put in the registration code for the playonline. It say invalid code. I tired calling customer service. Bastards are closed for the hollidays. anybody else have this problem

the playonline registration is the beta for the final fantasy game, but MrGIJOE i thought they ended the beta when the real game came out
