Hello im having trouble hooking up my 360 onto xbox live.
Currently i have a wireless router downstairs that my computer upstairs is hooked to via a wireless adapter. i have my xbox plugged into the back of my upstairs computer but it says it cannot find the DNS.
anything anyone can help me with please??
i tried disabling the Upnp in the router page like somethings have said but it still doesn't work.
also with the old "unplug your modem" trick that failed also. i can get onto the internet fine with my computers just not on the xbox.
i really dont want to set it up downstairs directly into the router or go out and buy one of those damn wireless xbox adapters becase the one for the original xbox failed me many times.
please if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
